True Body Project

The True Body Project is an award-winning, trauma-informed program serving boys and girls, men and women with movement, mindfulness and SEL activities including art-making, writing, and socially-aware collaborations. It was founded in 2005 by Stacy Sims. Today, Sims and trained True Body Project leaders lead in- and after-school programs, workshops and special events in the U.S. and abroad. Sims takes special pride in her annual visits to work with clients and staff at Hope for Justice in Cambodia and her monthly work with veterans at the Joseph House in Cincinnati, Ohio.
